Job Description

Skill and Competency requirements

Manage the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and ensure effective decision-making on all proposed changes.

Develop and implement a comprehensive Change Management strategy aligned with ITIL framework.

Assess the impact of proposed changes on business processes, users, and infrastructure.

Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed throughout the change lifecycle.

Manage the Change Register, ensuring all changes are properly documented, reviewed, and approved.

Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, and business units to ensure seamless change implementation.

Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on upcoming changes and ensure smooth adoption.

Analyze change implementation and identify areas for improvement in the Change Management process.

Track and report on key metrics to measure the success of change initiatives.

Proven experience in applying ITIL framework principles to manage the change lifecycle.

Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and gain buy-in for change initiatives.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Change Management tools.

ITIL certification (e.g., ITIL v4 Foundation) is a strong plus.

Job Description

Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive R156 SUMS compliant system.

Working knowledge about the gap between AIS 1+0 and R156

Analyze UN-R 156 requirements and translate them into actionable processes and procedures for software update management.

Develop and maintain documentation for the SUMS, including policies, procedures, and risk assessments.

Collaborate with engineering, product development, and IT teams to integrate SUMS processes into existing workflows.

Manage and track software update campaigns throughout their lifecycle, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the SUMS and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare and participate in audits conducted by regulatory bodies

Design the architecture of OTA software update systems in accordance with various vehicle E/E architecture variants.

Track and report project status to senior leadership.

Awareness of standards like COVESA, SOME/IP & DOIP & ensuring adherence of same during SW development.

Ensure the performance quality of the overall system through validation at unit, integration, system, and vehicle levels.

Development of SOTA campaign management.

Troubleshooting OTA/diagnostics functionalities across multiple layers - HW, SW & Cloud

Working along with internal stakeholders & vendors to ensure timely bug-fix releases
