What You’ll Do
• Campaign Planning: Support the team in developing influencer marketing campaigns that hit client goals and wow audiences.
• Client Coordination: Be the bridge between the client and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery.
• Proposal Development: Help craft eye-catching pitch decks, campaign strategies, and budgets.
• Execution Support: Work closely with the execution team to oversee campaign rollouts and ensure everything runs like clockwork.
• Research & Trends: Stay in the loop on the latest influencer trends, audience behaviors, and platform updates to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Performance Tracking: Assist in analyzing campaign results and creating reports with actionable insights for clients.
• Collaborate: Coordinate with sales, content, and influencer teams to bring campaigns to life seamlessly.

What You Bring
• 2-4 years of experience in media, advertising, or influencer marketing (agency experience is a plus!).
• Passion for the digital and influencer space—you know your Instagram from your YouTube and what’s trending where.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and timelines.
• Great communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A creative streak paired with a problem-solving mindset.
• Bonus: Familiarity with influencer discovery tools and campaign performance metrics.
