Bleacher Installation Helper

Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Bleacher Installation Helpers. In this entry-level position, you will assist in the assembly and installation of bleachers in various settings, including schools, gyms, stadiums, and event venues. The ideal candidates must be able to work well in a team, follow directions, and ensure safety standards are met throughout the installation process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with Bleacher Assembly:
• Help lead installers with the assembly and installation of bleacher units.
• Handle tools and equipment under the supervision of experienced installers.
• Ensure that all components are correctly placed and securely fastened.
• Preparation and Maintenance:
• Assist in unloading and organizing materials and equipment needed for the installation.
• Clean and maintain tools and work areas to promote a safe working environment.
• Conduct pre-installation checks to ensure all parts are available and in good condition.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to lead installers promptly.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work as part of a team to complete installation projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Customer Interaction:
• Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and venue staff.
• Address basic questions or concerns from clients about installation processes.

Qualifications:
• No specific experience is required, but familiarity with basic hand tools and construction practices is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
• Comfortable working at heights, including ladders and scaffolding.
• Generally physically fit to perform manual labor tasks.
