Key Responsibilities
• Execute water extraction and pumping activities
• Conduct mold remediation tasks
• Move and reset affected contents
• Set up drying equipment as required
• Apply antimicrobial treatments when necessary
• Carry out vehicle safety and maintenance inspections
• Maintain vehicles in a clean and operational state
• Construct polyethylene enclosures for effective containment
• Remove and properly dispose of debris
• Maintain and care for equipment utilized in daily operations
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Skills
• Proficient in water extraction and remediation techniques
• Capable of lifting heavy objects, with frequent lifts over 50 lbs
• Familiarity with vehicle safety and maintenance protocols
• Strong attention to detail in task execution
• Ability to construct polyethylene enclosures effectively
• Competence in using mobile devices for data collection

Qualifications
• Must successfully complete a drug screening and random drug tests
• Must pass a national background check
• Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required

Compensation And Benefits
