AA Euro Group are working with a leading specialist M&E subcontractor delivering high-profile industrial and commercial projects, including data centres, pharmaceutical facilities, and large-scale infrastructure. We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to join the team on a full time permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities
• Logistics Planning: Develop and implement project-specific logistics strategies to support the timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Site Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and site teams to manage deliveries, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Supplier Management: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and transport providers to ensure reliability and cost-effectiveness.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and manage stock levels across multiple project sites, ensuring adequate supply and minimizing waste.
• Compliance: Ensure all logistics activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Team Leadership: Oversee logistics staff, including drivers and site coordinators, to ensure efficient workflows and adherence to schedules.
• Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain to keep projects on track.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular logistics updates and reports to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager, ideally within the construction or M&E sectors.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, and transport operations.
• Familiarity with large-scale industrial or commercial projects, such as data centres or pharmaceutical facilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A relevant qualification in logistics, supply chain management, or construction management is desirable
