gym sales manager

Responsibilities

1. Making sales calls and following up with leads to achieve sales targets

2. Scheduling visits, trial sessions and conducting those sessions per the sales plan to convert leads into members

3. Ensuring timely submission of required sales reports and maintaining accurate client records, statistics, and databases.

4. Handling email, phone, and chat communication with prospects and clients professionally.

5. Upselling additional products or services to existing and potential clients.

6. Developing in-depth knowledge about martial arts and fitness classes offered at Knockout Fight Club to be able to guide and educate the prospects properly

+. Undertaking additional tasks assigned by the reporting manager, responsibilities may get updated or revised as needed.

Requirements

1. Good communication skills (spoken and written English)

2. Basic technically skills (Microsoft word, excel etc)

3. Willingness to learn, grow and perform at high levels

4. Dynamic multi tasker, ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

5. disciplined and adaptable, able to follow to systems and processes.

6. Commitment to stability and long term growth

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
