Role Overview:
As a Zoho Developer at Spiro, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Zoho applications and integrations. Your role will involve customizing Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho suite products to optimize our business processes and ensure seamless functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Zoho CRM Customization:
• Develop and customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, fields, and workflows to meet specific business requirements.
• Integrate Zoho CRM with other systems and third-party applications to ensure smooth data synchronization.
• Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Zoho Creator Development:
• Design and develop custom applications using Zoho Creator to automate and streamline business processes.
• Implement workflows, custom functions, and integrations to enhance application functionality.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Zoho applications and integrations.
• Address and resolve any technical issues or bugs in a timely manner.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective Zoho solutions.
• Participate in project planning and contribute to the design and implementation of new features.
Documentation and Training:
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Zoho applications, including design specifications and user guides.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Zoho products.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+years of experience working with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho suite products.
• Strong proficiency in Zoho Deluge scripting and integration techniques.
• Experience with Zoho CRM customization, including modules, fields, workflows, and reports.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
