Director's Office Assistant Role: Join our dynamic team at BSL Home Improvements Ltd as a Director's Office Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Director, including diary management, email management, and document preparation. You will also be expected to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Responsibilities:
• Managing the Director's diary and ensuring efficient scheduling
• Providing administrative support, including email management and document preparation
• Developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders
• Ensuring confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
Requirements:
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per year.
