What will I do?

You will be the first
impression a guest will have upon arriving at the
hotel, you’ll greet guests, assign rooms,
take payments and general administrative
duties. Ensure all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a
friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest
satisfaction throughout their stay.

Slaley Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is located in Hexham. Our hotel is a 4, 141-bedroom property set in 1000 acres with a 36-hole championship golf course which has hosted over 20 European and PGA tournaments. The dining options include Hadrian’s Brasserie restaurant, Tommy Craig’s bar, the Claret Jug restaurant and a Whisky snug, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
