Job Overview:
The Reception Operations Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area at the London Fashion School.
Main Responsibilities:
• Ensuring the maintenance of a secure and organized reception area, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
• Providing exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors, responding to inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Managing the flow of communications, handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, and distributing relevant information to the necessary parties.
• Coordinating logistics and arrangements for events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
• Overseeing the upkeep of the reception area, including arranging for repairs, replacements, and maintenance as needed.
• Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall experience for students and staff, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
• Collaborating with other departments to promote effective communication and cooperation, achieving common goals and objectives.
Key Skills:
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, students, and external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications, with ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of fashion and education sectors, with ability to provide informed guidance and support.
