• Providing expert knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and promotions to deliver personalized recommendations.
• Handling cash, cheque, and credit transactions with precision and attention to detail, adhering to hotel and company policies.
• Operating the switchboard with efficiency and poise, handling internal and external calls according to procedure.
• Creating unique guest experiences that bring the brand to life.
• Ensuring IHG values are integrated into daily operations, driving excellence in every aspect.
• Managing hotel operations seamlessly from the guest's perspective, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
• Demonstrating a proactive and innovative approach to training, staying ahead of the curve in hospitality trends.
