Dr Anna Hemming a leading aesthetic doctor, speaker and inspiration. She has created a beautiful, state of the art, patient focused clinic where her patients can relax in private surroundings. Nestled in the heart of Twickenham, a few minutes’ walk from the mainland station, 25 minutes from Heathrow and surrounded by a network of public transport links.

Your role is at the heart of the clinic, a central member of the Thames Skin Clinic team.

Your role

· Deliver exceptional customer care and develop a professional rapport with all patients, ensuring they are satisfied with their treatment outcomes.

· Ensuring a five-star patient experience at all times.

· Driving sales and maximise business profitability.

· Being the main point of contact for patients and being part of their patient journey.

· Ability to be part of the finalising of skin-care packages – Training will be provided.

· Assisting to ensure the clinic remains compliant with the CQC standards.

· To promote treatment and retail sales.

· Maintain patients follow ups with phone calls and email support.

· To greet patients and ensure they are made to feel welcome, dealing with their enquiry in a professional and courteous way.

· To answer the telephone in the clinic politely and deal with all enquires and making bookings for treatments.

· Participates in company training programs to develop skills and knowledge offering a variation of services as needed.

· Carry out skin analysis with skin scanner by Observ for all new patients and upload into patients’ file

· Ensuring all patients are sent pre and post care information

· Look after feedback surveys and assessing results with management

· Responsible for patient recall and retention

· Daily cashing up and reporting

Requirements
• A passion for skincare skin treatment and aesthetics.
• Experience in a front of house role in the service sector in a health/clinic related role.
• Essential to have good working knowledge of the aesthetic industry.
• Understanding of medical clinic treatments and explaining these to patients.
• Ability to multitask.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Previous experience with ZO Skin care (preferred)
• Flexible in attitude and approach.
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office package, Word, Excel and web-based systems. Previous use of Pabau software would be advantageous
• Excellent writing and copy skills.
• Good level of General education, including Numeracy, English, IT.
• Honest, reliable, and professional at all times.
• Has the ability to multitask

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

Pay: £11.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
