Millennium Hotels & Resorts is looking for a highly skilled Front Office Services Leader to join our team. As a key member of the hotel's management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, while driving efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced hotel environment.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, with a focus on developing and motivating staff. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests alike.
A competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience. In addition, the company offers a range of benefits, including bonus schemes, social events, wellbeing initiatives, and professional development opportunities.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
• Experience in a similar position within a luxury hotel environment
• Proven track record of leading teams and developing staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
