About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Plant Operations Technician to join our team at the Aldershot Asphalt Plant.
This role involves operating and maintaining the plant equipment to produce high-quality asphalt materials for our customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
The annual salary for this position is approximately £38,500, including bonuses and benefits.
• A relevant qualification such as a HNC/D in a mechanical or manufacturing discipline is preferred.
• Previous experience working in a similar role within the construction industry would be advantageous.
