Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer/Developer to design and develop our next-generation web application and API using the SERN stack. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to design, implementation, and production deployment through CI/CD pipelines. In addition, they will design and develop REST API endpoints using NodeJS and Express, and create comprehensive documentation. Database management is also a key responsibility, involving design, optimization, and maintenance. Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess excellent programming skills, with experience in JavaScript, NodeJS, and Express. They will have a strong understanding of database management principles and be able to design and optimize databases for efficient performance. Additionally, they should have experience with CI/CD pipelines and be proficient in Agile development methodologies. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. This role will be eligible for visa sponsorship for candidates already based in the UK.
