Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Associate at NoBroker.com located in Bengaluru. The Design Associate will be responsible for interior design projects, managing design projects, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The role involves creating visually appealing designs, collaborating with teams, and contributing to the creative process.

Responsibilities:

Handle and execute residential design projects from concept to completion.

Create and manage 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray.

Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.

Ensure timely and quality delivery of design projects.

Manage and resolve escalation calls related to design projects.

Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray.

Strong understanding of residential design principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle escalation calls effectively.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for design.

Prior experience in handling residential design projects is preferred.

Experience in managing 2D and 3D design work.

Fresher or Experience in client interaction and handling escalations.
