Interior Designer

We are looking for an Interior Designer to start working with a client of ours in Birmingham, AL as soon as possible. This candidate will be working on offices and commercial facilities.

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Requirements
• Understanding of design trends, construction methods, and material applications
• Advanced expertise in furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), architectural and interior finishes, lighting, art, and accessories
• Oversee project coordination among project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and permitting authorities
• NCIDQ certification required
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design with 5+ years of experience
• Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States

Pay Rate: $60k - $+0k
