We are seeking a skilled and motivated Kitchen Development Cook to join our team at Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited.

In this role, you will work under the guidance of experienced chefs to develop your culinary skills and knowledge. Our comprehensive training program includes on-the-job training, workshops, and webinars to help you achieve your goals.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and be eager to learn. This apprenticeship program offers regular face-to-face and remote check-ins, frequent reviews with your Line Manager and Lifetime Trainer, and feedback sessions to discuss progress and areas for improvement.

You will work alongside experienced chefs and contribute to the preparation and cooking of dishes to exacting standards. This role is perfect for those looking to start a career in the hospitality industry or gain experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Estimated salary: £23,472 - £2+,6+6 per annum (based on 30 hours per week). You will also have the opportunity to obtain Functional Skills in English and Maths if not already achieved.
