Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic team.

1. Implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste
Optimize Resource utilization (Manpower, material and machineries)
Reduce production downtime by 10%

2. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in production processes.

3. Negotiate better terms with suppliers for Raw Materials
Improve inventory management to reduce waste

4. Research and propose new technologies that can be integrated into the production line.
Conduct pilot tests and analyze the impact of new technologies on production.
Roll out successful pilot projects across the entire production line.

5. Conduct regular training sessions

6. Ensure all team members are trained and aware of regulatory requirements.
Conduct periodic compliance Audit

7. Reduce the time taken to address and resolve quality issue
Implement customer feedback loops to continuously improve product quality
Maintain consistent product delivery timelines Achieve Zero Lost-time injuries within the production and QA department
Reduce environmental waste by 5% through recycling and process improvements.
Conduct 2 Safety Drills and ensure 100% Safety protocols

· Education- CIPET

· Experience in Years- 6 to 10 years

· Experience Category/ Industry preference- HDPE / PVC pipe manufacturing
