The Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Graphics Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis, working 3 days per week from our Thames Ditton office.

Main Responsibilities
• Produce high-quality vector graphics using Adobe Illustrator.
• Create printed and assembled pre-production mock-ups.
• Evaluate artwork for quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Interpret and follow briefs and creative direction.
• Apply the Quality Checking Process rigorously.
• Collaborate with suppliers to understand project costs.
• Add production value at every opportunity.
• Complete accurate timesheets.

Requirements
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), with XD and MS Office an advantage.
• Understanding of Print CMYK and Digital RGB color spaces.
• Solid grasp of balanced design principles (typography, layout composition, color, illustration).
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective time management and task completion.
• Can-do attitude and willingness to take on challenges.
• Excellent communication skills for written and spoken word.
• Confidence to ask questions and provide feedback on creative work.

Salary and Benefits

A competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including a can-do attitude and willingness to take on challenges.
