Truck Loader and Driver Helper

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Truck Loader and Driver Helper to join our team at Rising Star Recruiting & Staffing. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services.

The successful candidate will have a minimum 6 months experience working in a fast-paced environment and exposure to working in all-weather elements. They should be able to work in a physically demanding setting with good time management skills and attention to detail.

We offer an estimated salary of $12,500 - $13,000 per year, depending on location. The ideal candidate will have basic mathematical skills and strong interpersonal skills.
About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for operating packing mechanisms and various levers and handles to activate the lifting and loading mechanism. You will also clean waste from the packer blade and truck body on each disposal trip.

You will work closely with the driver to ensure that all customer routes are serviced in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility and be able to work independently.
