As our Graphic Designer, you will elevate the standard and delivery of all creative communication for Bicester Village. You will ensure that all material produced is on brand, sophisticated, and consistent with the look and feel of current Village marketing material.

About the Role
• We require a Graphic Designer to design all creative material produced for Bicester Village Marketing team.
• You will be responsible for designing and producing artwork for all external communications.
• Staying updated on industry trends and competitors is essential to incorporate best practices into your creative processes.
• You will participate in regular brainstorming sessions with the wider creative team to produce fresh and innovative ideas, maintaining strategic thinking.
• You will manage the design workflow process to efficiently manage design jobs through the department.
• Ensuring all work is delivered to agreed deadlines, quality, and meeting expectations is crucial.
• You will design materials for key events/promotional campaigns.
• A minimum of 4 years' experience in a busy design studio environment working under tight deadlines is required.
• Advanced knowledge and experience of Adobe CS5 InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop software are necessary.
• Proficiency in art working and setting up design for print is expected.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 based on the title, job description, and location.
