Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and innovative Visual Content Creator to lead the development of all visual content for our sales and marketing team. This role requires strong design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality visual content, including GIFs, video animations, bespoke sketches, and image designs, that align with our brand guidelines.
• Develop innovative ideas and present them in brainstorming sessions to ensure active participation in the creative process.
• Navigate ideas and briefs through to their final design, maintaining impeccable attention to detail and adherence to branding guidelines.
• Deliver an array of high-quality designs and files primed for both print and online usage, showcasing versatility and finesse in design execution.
• Handle multiple projects across the group simultaneously, demonstrating adeptness at multitasking and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, After Effects, etc.), serving as the cornerstone of your design prowess.
• Mastery in Graphic Design, with a keen eye for composition, colour theory, and typography that elevates visual storytelling.
• Expertise in Motion Graphics/Animations, breathing life into static designs through dynamic movement and visual effects.
• Familiarity with Responsive Design/Development, ensuring seamless adaptability across various platforms and devices.
• Adeptness in Logo Design/Branding, crafting iconic visual identities that resonate with our brand ethos and captivate our audience.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
