Job Title: Senior Web and Graphics Designer – Maternity Cover
Location: Uxbridge, UB8
About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Web and Graphics Designer to join our team on a fixed term 12-month contract. As a maternity cover, you will work remotely but be within commutable distance of Uxbridge Head Office to attend regular meetings and lead the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement design strategies for Curvy Kate, Brastop, Dear Scantilly, Adella, and Liaison brands.
• Oversee the creation of all design assets ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines and communicate brand values.
• Manage three direct reports, including two Web & Graphics Designers and an In-house Photographer & Re-toucher.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in web and graphic design, analyzing the competitive environment, consumer trends, and design trends to drive efficiencies.
• Optimize image and video content, including video editing, to ensure final assets meet quality standards.
• Assist with photoshoots, including set design, storyboarding, and image selection.
Requirements:
• 3/4+ years of experience in web and graphics design, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro) and familiar with HTML/CSS.
• Experience with wire-framing tools like Adobe XD or similar is desirable.
• Excellent time management and project management skills, with experience using Asana or similar tools.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, creativity, and innovative thought process are essential.

Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
