Salary and Benefits: This position comes with a competitive salary of $48,500, plus opportunities for additional compensation based on certifications and experience. Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching +th through 12th-grade English Language Arts classes. This includes developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to ensure each student meets their full potential. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to closing the achievement gap. They must be able to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and community members to create a positive and inclusive school culture.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to inform instruction
- Communicate with parents and guardians about student progress
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices in education
