Jobot is a dynamic company that acquires, owns, and develops commercial and mixed-use properties. We're looking for an experienced Senior Property Accountant to join our team in Encinitas, CA. This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of $130,000 - $160,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Property Accountant, you'll oversee all accounting operations for our commercial real estate properties. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing accurate financial statements, conducting budget analysis, and developing financial forecasts.
• Effectively utilizing Yardi property management software to streamline accounting processes.
• Ensuring accurate transaction recording, reconciliation, and reporting in the General Ledger (GL).
• Coordinating the year-end close process and preparing timely, accurate year-end financial reports.

Qualifications
We require a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Commercial Real Estate industry. You should have extensive experience with Yardi software, GL management, year-end close process, and Shopping Center accounting. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, are necessary.
