This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our company. As a Design Assistant, you will be responsible for managing design boards, collaborating with designers, and conducting market research.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience, and a quarterly bonus/profit-sharing program. Health benefits (medical, dental, vision) are available after a probationary period.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and update design boards, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Work closely with designers to develop innovative print concepts using Adobe Illustrator.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities in the homewares industry.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors to manage sample developments and production support.

Requirements:
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
