Job Posting: Attorney - Land Use, Zoning, and Commercial Real Estate

Location: Metuchen, NJ

Salary: $150,000 - $175,000

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced attorney with a focus on land use, zoning, and commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of these areas and a proven track record of successfully managing cases.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal counsel on land use and zoning matters, including obtaining necessary approvals and permits. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate transaction documents. Represent clients in hearings and before municipal and regulatory bodies. Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations. Collaborate with clients to develop effective strategies for their real estate needs. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Strong background in land use, zoning, and commercial real estate law. Excellent negotiation, writing, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
