Competitions and Events Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Tournament Manager to join our team at England Golf. This full-time role requires the successful candidate to manage and organize national tournaments and events, working closely with the tournament director staff at key national championships. As a golf enthusiast with experience in event management, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional events that meet golfer expectations.

Salary Information: The estimated salary for this role is £27,500 per annum, taking into account the location and industry standards. This figure is subject to review based on individual performance and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with golfers, sponsors, and staff.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and amenities.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring event quality and golfer satisfaction.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for golf. Flexible working hours and travel are essential during the tournament season. Based at England Golf Headquarters, you will collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional events that showcase the sport's excellence.
