PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 1st shift

• Packaging - 07:00 - 15:30 Monday - Friday; Saturday work possible

• Packaging - 08:00 - 16:00 Monday - Friday; Saturday work possible

• Production - 06:00 - 14:30 Monday - Friday; Saturday work possible

• Production - 05:00 - 13:30 Monday - Friday; Saturday work possible

• Perform bagging of product in a timely and accurate manner.

• Perform tracking of product to eliminate out of specification product.

• Assist production / packaging line with tracking, bagging, and labeling product.

• Perform pan dumping in a timely manner without smashing product.

• Pan and rack product efficiently.

• Follow all company provided training guidelines.

• Follow all plant and corporate safety and food safety policies and procedures

• Report safety incidents to supervisor/management immediately.

• Report food safety concerns to supervisor/management immediately

Other Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist other departments as needed.

• Participate in plant audit and inspection preparation.

• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands

• Be able to lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly, up to 50 pounds occasionally.

• Be able to push or pull up to 200 pounds on wheeled equipment.

• Be able to perform tasks requiring standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, reaching.

• Be able to stand for majority of shift.

• Be able to read/write English.

• Be able to work in high ambient temperatures.

Qualifications Required

• Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Experience:

• Six (6) months food manufacturing experience preferred.
