Job Overview

As a Home and Community Aide, you will provide personalized support and assistance to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and dignity in their own homes.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized care plans
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
• Manage medication schedules and assist with medication administration

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• PCA or HHA certification preferred
• At least six months of experience in home care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
