Data administrator and customer service

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Data Administrator / Online Shop Assistant to join our team at Caterfood. This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with the Qshop online platform, supporting customer setup from start to finish, and providing exceptional customer service.

Location: Paignton

Hourly Wage: £11.75 per hour
Key Responsibilities
• Resolve internal queries related to the Shop, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
• Perform thorough testing for the introduction of new Shop features, guaranteeing seamless integration and user experience.
• Collect and analyze feedback on business successes and areas for improvement, driving data-driven decision making.
• Serve as a champion for the Shop both internally and externally, promoting its benefits and value.
• Train and support colleagues on all aspects of the Shop, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and expertise.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement shop promotions, content, and marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate product data on the shop through Qnetex, Eraudus, and Opri maintenance, ensuring up-to-date information and optimal user experience.
• Manage communication with suppliers, building strong relationships and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.
Requirements
• Proven experience in analyzing large datasets, extracting insights, and presenting findings.
• Background in product data or data administration, with a keen eye for detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.
