C# .NET Software Engineer

Join our Technology & Data Teams in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, or Salford Quays, Manchester. We offer flexible working arrangements, allowing you to work from home with one day a week in the office.

This role involves providing technical expertise in developing the Group's core software applications, supporting relationships with other areas of IT, and ensuring compliance with Company Policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:
• Developing web applications using C# .NET and Single Page Application (SPA) frameworks like Angular.
• Providing technical expertise in Service Delivery Function that supports the Group Core Applications.
• Supporting relationships with other areas of IT to ensure harmony among teams.
• Designing and producing documentation for new components and processes.
• Ensuring compliance with Company Code of Conduct and Fitness and Propriety policies.

We require:
• 5+ years of experience in C# .NET development.
• Proven experience with SQL and knowledge of Agile and Lean practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing requirements.
• A strong understanding of Microsoft .NET development and a structured yet agile approach to development.
