We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior to Mid-Level Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of cross-platform mobile applications that integrate seamlessly with our smart hair color systems. Your work will directly impact the user experience of professionals in the beauty industry, helping them deliver precise and customized services to their clients.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using the Flutter framework and Dart programming language.

Implement user interfaces based on UI/UX design principles to ensure a seamless user experience.

Integrate RESTful APIs to connect applications with backend services.

Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality code and application performance.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain current and competitive.

Required Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in mobile application development, with a focus on Flutter and Dart.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques.

Understanding of mobile application development concepts and principles.

Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.

Proficiency with version control systems, such as Git.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Firebase, SQL or other backend services.

Experience with various state management libraries (e.g., BLoC, GetX, Provider).

Experience with IoT or other BLE.

Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes.

Previous experience working on IoT-enabled products.

Understanding of device communication protocols (e.g., WebSocket)

Offline First Approach Mobile app development experience is preferred.
