Airbus UK Ltd is looking for a talented Ground Software Developer to join their team in Farnborough, UK.
The successful candidate will be working on the development of new flight management software for the Airbus Zephyr programme. This exciting project involves creating an interface between UAV operators and the fleet of remote aircraft.
The ideal candidate will have experience in PC application development, C++ software development, and HMI/GUI application development. Familiarity with the V-model of application development and experience developing safety-related/critical software to RTCA DO-278 are also essential.
As part of this role, you will be involved in all stages of the software development process, from gathering requirements to deployment and maintenance. You will work closely with the team to ensure that the software meets the required standards of quality and reliability.
With a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career in software development.
