We are looking for a new team member to join us as our Property/Facilities Admin Assistant. You will be working as part of the team reporting to the Property Service Manager on a permanent employment basis.
• Working hours: 28 hours / Mon - Friday.
• You will be hybrid working from the South East hub in Horsham for a minimum of three days a week, and home working, with occasional travel to our London hub.
• Flexibility in hours - with the introduction of Core Hours staff can work their 35 hours flexibly across Monday to Friday. Core hours are 10.00am - 15.00 (please note this role may be required to provide office cover and therefore would be expected to demonstrate flexibility around cover timings).
• This role is part of the administration team to support all requirements for Estates, Facilities, Property Projects and Environment Teams.

Interviews are set to take place at the end of January, these will be face-to-face in our Horsham Office.
