Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to support our team at Danielle Group, a leading footwear importer based in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills to contribute to the success of our dynamic and fast-paced business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative assistance to the merchandise and sales teams, including preparing documents, maintaining critical paths, and tracking progress on orders and deliveries.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, including posting samples and marketing materials to clients.
• Prepare meeting rooms and assist with client meetings, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and communication skills.
• Maintain and update client and supplier databases, guaranteeing up-to-date information.
• Contribute to general office administration tasks, such as filing and responding to emails.
• Support ad-hoc projects as required, collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in an office administration or similar role, ideally within the retail, import/export, or fashion industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
