This role offers excellent job security in a family-owned, multi-national business with a strong balance sheet. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the MD and wider Directors as they travel internationally.

The ideal candidate will be local to Grantham, commutable from surrounding areas such as Melton Mowbray, Newark on Trent, Sleaford, Bingham, Stamford, Lincolnshire, and will have experience as a PA, office manager, senior administrator, or similar role.

The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills, as well as being friendly, proactive, and family-focused.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting the MD of a multi-national business
• Coordinating business-wide improvement projects
• Facilitating and coordinating IT upgrades by contacting suppliers
• Requirements:
• Local to Grantham or commutable from surrounding areas
• Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills
• Friendly, proactive, and family-focused

£40,000 - £50,000 per annum
