Associate Attorney

An established and growing litigation firm in the San Francisco East Bay is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of civil litigation matters and advance your career under the mentorship of experienced attorneys. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for managing all phases of the litigation lifecycle, from pre-litigation through settlement or trial. You will join a supportive team of attorneys and support staff, focusing on delivering high-quality legal services to clients.Key Responsibilities:Review intake documents to develop case strategies and next steps.Draft various legal documents, including motions, pleadings, briefs, and memos.Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy.Manage discovery processes, including the preparation and review of discovery materials.Prepare for trials and depositions, including organizing exhibits and witness lists.Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.Handle additional projects and tasks as assigned by senior attorneys.
