Join Our Team

Tate Recruitment is a leading provider of recruitment services, and we are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our Legal team. As a key member of the team, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Group General Counsel and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Providing administrative support to the Group General Counsel and Legal team;
• Maintaining efficient diary management, organizing meetings and conference calls;
• Proactively managing email communications, prioritizing and flagging emails for the Group General Counsel;
• Accurately transcribing digital dictations for the Group General Counsel;
• Coordinating travel arrangements for the Group General Counsel and Legal team;
• Maintaining the legal project tracker, filing system, and associated document management;
• Facilitating communication and liaison with group offices;
• Collaborating with administrative teams to ensure seamless operations;
• Organizing document notarization and undertaking copying and binding of documentation as required;
• Assisting in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations and reports;
• Submitting timely expenses for the Legal team.

Qualifications and skills required:
• A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Legal Secretary or PA;
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Professional discretion when handling confidential information;
• Fluency in a second language (Spanish or French) would be highly desirable;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• A high level of proficiency in MS Office suite;
• Strong administrative skills.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000, plus benefits including 25 days' annual leave, pension, health insurance, dental insurance, travel allowance, gym subsidy, and lunch allowance. The role requires working 4 days onsite, non-negotiable.
