Key Responsibilities:

● Provide outstanding customer service to international customers via telephone as a telecaller customer support representative.

● Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, to cater to our global client base.
● Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

● Any Graduation (Preferred)

Experience:

● Total work: 0-1 year (Freshers are welcome)
● Customer service: 0-1 year (Preferred)

Language Skills:

● English (Required)
