Your Role

As an HR Executive, you’ll be the face of ESAF Cooperative for potential recruits. You’ll:

Be on the move: Travel extensively to identify and recruit passionate candidates from diverse locations, including Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, and other branches across Rajasthan.
Spot talent: Conduct recruitment drives in colleges, rural areas, and communities to attract field officers, credit officers, and support staff for the MFI sector.
Engage actively: Build relationships with local networks, institutions, and candidates to create a strong talent pipeline.
Deliver results: Ensure timely hiring for critical positions while maintaining quality and alignment with organizational goals.
Support retention: Facilitate onboarding and initial training to ensure recruits are equipped to excel in their roles.
What We’re Looking For

Experience: Fresher, 1–3 years in HR recruitment, preferably in field roles or the MFI sector.
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, MSW or BSW, or related fields.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Adaptability to work in diverse environments.
Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and methods.
Mindset: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about building teams that drive impact.
Availability: Comfortable with extensive travel and engaging with candidates across various cultural contexts.
