Requirement for Security Guard for a Restaurant!

We are looking for a Security guard to watch over and protect assigned property, promote & enforce safety, security and act as a visible action-taker against irregular activities. Keep a watch over the premises of the Restaurant and report any wrong practices happening around.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Greet and welcome the customers warmly, and respectfully .

2. Do daily covid thermal check and keep records of the same.

3. Assist and guide for a smooth parking of guest vehicles.

4. Assist the customers in removing the cars smoothly from parking space.

5. Keep a watch over designated property to monitor and prevent intrusion and damage.

6. Be alert and protect the restaurant property from theft, damage, trespassing or any harm.

7. Provide a visible presence that enforce safety and security.

8. Identify and investigate suspicious behavior, threats and irregular activity and report to authorities / manager.

+. Monitor and control entrance and departure of guests and employees.

10. Report rule violations of any sort by customers or staff.

11. Monitor and prevent movement of prohibited items into the property.

12. Conduct property checks for maintenance issues and bring it to the authority attention.

13. Prepare written reports of daily activities, observations and incidents.

14. Inspect and test fire and security systems.

Requirements:

1. Should be ready to work either in the day shift or night shift.

2. Experience of 2 years as a security guard is preferred.

3. Working knowledge of security operations and safety practices.

4. Having knowledge of safety equipment like i.e, fire extinguishers etc.

5. Maintain accurate records of entries, exits and other details.

6. Display detail-orientated and keen observation skills.

7. Good communication skills - verbal and written.

8. Be physically fit and active.

10. Able to identify and solve problems logically.

11. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.

12. Help the other team members in handling the customers and other responsibilities.
