We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer. As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance and repair of mechanical systems and equipment in our facility. The role is based in Chakan, Maharashtra, India, and is a full-time position.

Qualifications And Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical failures
• Analytical skills to assess equipment performance and recommend improvements
• Experience in team building and mentoring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Roles And Responsibilities
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspection of mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures and breakdowns
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop effective maintenance strategies
• Assist in the installation, modification, and commissioning of mechanical equipment
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to the mechanical systems and processes
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Train and mentor junior maintenance staff
