Store & Dispatch Executive

Geo Lotus Global Private Limited is a leading Manufacturer of PVC Pipes & Well Products providing top-quality products.

KEY PURPOSE
• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stores & Dispatch Executive to join our dynamic team in our PVC Pipe manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management, from receiving and storing materials to coordinating efficient dispatch of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities
• To get the purchase material & keep it properly.
• Ensure Maintenance goods are ordered and received within time.
• Keep record of Received / issued material as per requisition.
• Monitoring item wise movement to redefine minimum stock and recommend changes in minimum stock.
• Monitor Inventory control, reconciliation of store materials, and preparation of data for MIS reports.
• Fully responsible for monthly closure of stock, stock review and management.
• Keep Control on Receiving and Issuing materials.
• Ensure proper communication between store-production and stores-purchase for material shortage, planning and material quality issues.
• To give a stock statement as per bank requirement.
• To put requirements for purchase time to time to avoid production loss.

Education: B.Com , M.Com, MBA in relevant field will be value addition.

Experience: 2-3 years or above
