1.)Typing Speed -15wpm to 30wpm

2.)Should be Graduate

3.)Excel Knowledge is Must.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparing documents: Making documents ready for entry into the computer
Transcribing: Converting paper documents into computer files using scanners or manual entry
Entering data: Entering data into computer databases
Maintaining records: Keeping records organized and up to date
Verifying accuracy: Ensuring data is accurate and reliable
Formatting: Formatting data in a way that's easy to understand
Performing backups: Regularly backing up data
Generating reports: Creating spreadsheets, documents, and data reports as needed
Performing clerical duties: Filing, scanning, printing, and monitoring office supplies
