Role Description

This is a contract role for a HR Recruiter Freelance at Vision 360 located in Ahmedabad. As an on-site HR Recruiter, your day-to-day tasks will involve sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the recruitment process. You will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Qualifications

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Ability to work effectively on-site in Ahmedabad
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in event management or media services is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
