Job Description:
As a Sales Executive at Associative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new clients. You will be responsible for:
Generating leads and identifying potential clients
Presenting our services and solutions to prospective customers
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Negotiating and closing deals
Achieving sales targets
Job Requirements:
Experience: Fresher welcome!
Qualification: Any Graduate
Essential: Own laptop and bike with a valid driving license
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Languages: Fluency in Hindi, English, and Marathi
Location: Onsite in Pune (Yojana Nagar, Lohgaon-Wagholi Road)
Benefits:
Competitive Salary: ₹25,000 per month during the 6-month probationary period, increasing to a maximum of ₹40,000 per month upon successful completion. Annual salary reviews thereafter.
