Job Description:

RRNV TECH PVT LTD is seeking a highly skilled and creative Producer/Editor (Preditor) to join our team remotely in India. This role is ideal for someone with expertise in end-to-end video production, including editing, graphic design, and animation. The candidate should be able to conceptualize, produce, and deliver high-quality video content while working collaboratively with the team. Experience with AI tools for voiceovers will be considered a valuable addition.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Production & Editing:
• Manage the full lifecycle of video content creation, from conceptualization to post-production.
• Edit video footage to produce professional, engaging outputs that align with brand guidelines.

2. Graphics & Animation Creation:
• Design and integrate high-quality graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance video content.
• Please make sure that you incorporate visual elements into projects for maximum impact.

3. Creative Collaboration:
• Work closely with the creative and production teams to brainstorm and develop innovative video concepts.
• Provide creative input to align video projects with brand messaging and audience engagement strategies.

4. AI Integration: (Optional but Preferred)
• Leverage AI tools for generating voiceovers or enhancing video quality.
• Experiment with emerging AI technologies to optimize production workflows.

5. Project Management:
• Independently manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Adapt to feedback and revisions while ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications and Skills:

· Experience:
• Proven track record in video production and editing, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects.

· Technical Proficiency:
• Advanced knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
• Expertise in graphic design and animation tools like After Effects, Blender, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools for voiceovers or production enhancements is highly desirable.

· Creative Skills:
• Strong storytelling abilities to create compelling video narratives.
• Keen eye for detail, composition, and aesthetics in video and design.

· Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with remote teams.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
