Job Description: Tele Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s offerings to provide accurate information.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns.
Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Previous experience in telesales or telemarketing is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
